Growing Up

There's something about these cool pinks and blues that symbolizes emotional fragility to me, and that kind of feeling always makes me think of being young and feeling every single thing so deeply, and how hard it is to navigate when you can be crushed by the simplest things. As painful as that is there is something beautiful in it too, and that's what I see in this painting.
